Mookata which originates from Thai is a direct translation of pork and skillet in English. The stove itself is fully filled with charcoal, therefore the ingredients will be slowly cooked and barbecued in a "slow fire manner". I would not deny the fact that everything in the pot just taste amazingly good. All the seasonings will just flow directly into the trough creating a delicious broth. On one hand it taste so yummy, yet on the other hand it feels so unhealthy. You will find out in a second just by looking at the last photo. The aftermax results seriously will be a real turnoff. Pls try not to continue when the pot seemed fully charred.
Nevertheless, it was so so so good! yums!
