Meet up with the girls

Brunch over at the blackbird cafe. Food and ambiance was truly acceptable. We ordered several mains to share while we catch up our weekly talks.

Eggs Benny: Bread was slightly baked. Texture was acceptable. Main attention was for the egg. For their egg yolk, centres is still runny as usual. One downside was that their hollandaise sauce was a little too soury. It would be better if it is more towards the savoury side The overall was fine anyway. Sandwich of the day: - Topple with canberry sauce. Combination of grilled chicken and some sweet and sour canberry sauce. Enhance your tastebud immediately. Bread was too dry though, over baked I guess. Pancakes with banana toppings: The toppings are considered fresh, and they smell heaven but their pancakes was too thick. Could hardly taste the combination dessert feeling. Avocado Blended milk shake: One word: Goodness!
